350 thread count bamboo which is equivalent to 1,000 thread count cotton. (Please note the quality and weave of the fabric are more important factors to consider than thread count when selecting sheets).
Made using a closed-loop process, without the use of harmful chemicals.
Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certified meaning it’s free of any harmful substances and chemicals, ensuring purity and quality of product for your peace of mind.
Panda friendly – the bamboo plants we use isn’t the same type as the one pandas eat.

Our bamboo is a natural fabric and not treated with any chemicals. Therefore, slight pilling may occur during initial use in response to friction, however this is removed or reduced through the washing and drying process.

Colours may vary slightly from the photos and differ between batches.

Gorgeous. Once you try bamboo you will never be able to sleep on anything else. BUT it has to be good bamboo. After I discovered how wonderful and soft it is, I thought I’d search for a lower price. Big mistake. Pilling occurred almost immediately and I actually threw them out. Spend a bit more (the Bamboo Shop is excellent) and get fabulous quality and you won’t look back.

We offer Australia-wide free & fast shipping on all orders over $100.

For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $9.90 per order Australia-wide. Most orders are shipped via Australia Post with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days to most metro areas. For WA, NT and some regional areas, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery.

Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $19.90. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days (by courier or Australia Post Express).

Please note delivery times indicated above are estimates only and while every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery is subject to availability and we will offer a full refund or store credit for any item unexpectedly delayed or unavailable.

Our bamboo alpaca range is shipped out of Victoria via Direct Freight Express and requires a physical address (PO Boxes and Parcel lockers are not accepted).

All other products ship out of our Sydney, NSW warehouse. All address types, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, are accepted.

We endeavour to ship orders placed before 2 pm on the same day. (This excludes orders containing items available on pre-order or backorder). Orders made after 2 pm, including express orders, are generally dispatched on the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Do we ship outside Australia?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

Shipping to New Zealand starts at AU$19.95 (Standard) and AU$29.95 (Express) for sheets, blankets and towels. For bulky items (quilts, toppers and pillows), please contact us for a shipping quote.

Express shipping to US and Canada starts at AU$59.95 for sheets, blankets and towels. For all other destinations or for bulky items (quilts, toppers and pillows), please contact us for a shipping quote.

International order are GST free. This will be automatically recalculated at checkout. Please note you will be responsible for any local customs and import taxes that may apply in your country.

Returns

We have carefully selected our product range through extensive trialling and evaluation in order to ensure we only stock the very best bamboo products for you to choose from.

Changed your mind? We offer a 30-day full refund guarantee.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase – or you simply changed your mind – we offer a full refund for products returned to us within 30 days. Any returned item must be in its original condition; unused, unwashed and still in the original packaging and with original tags still attached.

Under the Health Act and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept pillows, pillow protectors, quilts/duvets, mattress toppers & protectors, or pet beds once purchased, unless faulty and for warranty claims

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you use a tracking service and get proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility if your returned item is lost in transit. For returns of 2 items or more, a processing fee of $10 per returned item applies.

Faulty or incorrect items

We take great pride in the quality of our products, but if you discover your item to be faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately in order to allow us to evaluate your claim and arrange suitable replacement, compensation or refund.
