I ordered a baby’s sheet set advertised as bamboo bassinet sheets, when I read sheets I presumed that meant two sheets, a flat and a fitted sheet. Not so, I received one fitted sheet. I call that misleading advertising. Not happy, and not happy with the response when I contacted the Bamboo Shop. My first and last purchase.

Dear MP, I was so saddened to see your 1-star rating. You contacted us after discovering that you had ordered a fitted bassinet sheet (rather than a sheet set). We promptly responded and offered a full refund. You then replied that you wanted to keep the sheet after all. I am so sorry to hear you still feel disappointed – our offer of a full refund still stands should you change your mind. 😊
I know I’m in the minority but for me these sheets were a complete waste of money. I find them very hot and slippery to sleep in, they crease underneath you really badly, especially the pillow case. I have washed them by themselves in cold water in quality washing liquid and they still pill. They have gone to the top shelf of the cupboard never to be used again. Very disappointed!

I’m so sorry to hear bamboo sheets were not for you! I understand you are disappointed. We all have different preferences of course and most customers love the silky soft feel of bamboo sheets. If your sheets are faulty, please instead contact Customer Service.
Sheets are cold and very slippery not comfortable and they are very wrinkled after washing and drying. Will never buy again.
