Free shipping on all Australian orders over $100.

We offer Australia-wide free & fast shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $9.90 per order for Australia-wide shipping.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post standard mail or Sendle courier (Australia’s first 100% carbon-neutral delivery service) with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days to most metro areas. For WA, NT and some regional areas, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery.

Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $19.90. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days (by courier or Australia Post Express).

Please note delivery times indicated above are estimates only and while every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Orders are shipped out of our Sydney NSW warehouse, except for our bamboo alpaca range which is shipped out of Victoria. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are acceptable, except for our bamboo alpaca range which is shipped via Direct Freight Express, requiring a physical address.

In the unlikely event that your order goes missing once shipped or delivered, we will be more than happy to assist contacting Australia Post or courier to locate your parcel. However, please note that unless we have mistakenly shipped your order to the wrong address, we do not take responsibility for orders once shipped, delivered or left unclaimed at the post office or courier collection point.

Order fulfilment is subject to availability and we will offer a full refund or exchange (if preferred) for any item unexpectedly unavailable.

Order by 2 pm for same-day dispatch!

Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched for shipping the same day (this excludes orders containing items available on pre-order or backorder). Orders made after 2 pm, including express orders, are generally dispatched on the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Do we ship outside Australia?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

Shipping to New Zealand starts at AU$19.95 (Standard) and AU$29.95 (Express) for sheets, blankets and towels. For bulky items (quilts, toppers and pillows), please contact us for a shipping quote.

Express shipping to US and Canada starts at AU$59.95 for sheets, blankets and towels. For all other destinations or for bulky items (quilts, toppers and pillows), please contact us for a shipping quote.

International order are GST free. This will be automatically recalculated at checkout. Please note you will be responsible for any local customs and import taxes that may apply in your country. 

Biodegradable Parcels

Our orders are shipped in earth-friendly and 100% biodegradable cardboard boxes (with biodegradable paper tape) or zero-waste non-plastic satchels from HERO Packaging. The amazing HEROPACKS look and feel a lot like plastic, but are actually made from biodegradable materials – mainly corn starch and cassava roots. We feel like absolute heroes for using these!


We have carefully selected our product range through extensive trialling and evaluation in order to ensure we only stock the very best bamboo products for you to choose from.

Changed your mind? We offer a 30-day full refund guarantee.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase – or you simply changed your mind – we offer a full refund for products returned to us within 30 days. Returned item must be in its original condition; unused, unwashed and still in the original packaging and with original tags still attached.

Under the Health Act and for hygiene reasons, pillows, quilts/duvets and mattress toppers cannot be returned, unless faulty and for warranty claims.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you use a tracking service and get proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility if your returned item is lost in transit. For bulk returns (2 items or more), a restocking fee of $15 per returned item apply. For returns without an accompanying return form, a processing fee of $10 applies.

Faulty or incorrect items

We take great pride in the quality of our products, but if you discover your item to be faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, be sure to get in touch with us immediately via our contact us page in order to allow us to evaluate your claim and arrange a suitable replacement, compensation or refund.

Please note, organic bamboo is a natural fabric and slight pilling may occur during initial use. This will be removed or reduced with washing and drying and is not considered a fault.
