Free shipping on all Australian orders over $70.
For orders under $70, we charge a flat rate of $9.90 per order for Australia-wide shipping.
Orders are shipped via Sendle courier (Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service) or via Australia Post standard mail with estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days to Sydney and 1-4 business days to most other metro areas. For WA, NT and some regional areas, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery.
Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $19. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days (by courier or Australia Post express).
Please allow an extra 1-3 days for our bamboo alpaca bedding which is shipped directly from the warehouse in Victoria; and an extra 1-4 days for our sleepwear which is shipped directly from the warehouse in Western Australia.
Orders, including express orders, are generally dispatched on the business day following the day your order was placed. Please note delivery times indicated above are estimates only and while every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, delivery times are not guaranteed.
Delivery is subject to availability and we will offer a full refund or store credit for any item unexpectedly delayed or unavailable.
Shipping to New Zealand is available at a flat rate of $29 per order.

If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, we offer a refund for any full priced item returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Any returned item must be unused, unwashed and still in the original packaging and with original tags still attached.

Under the Health Act and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept pillows, pillow protectors, duvets, mattress toppers & protectors, or pet beds once purchased, unless faulty and for warranty claims
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you use a tracking service and get proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility if your returned item is lost in transit.
We take great pride in the quality of our products, but if you discover your item to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately in order to allow us to evaluate your claim and arrange suitable replacement or refund.
